Ice Cream Train!
Summer is here, and what better way to celebrate than with a scenic train ride and a day full of family fun? On Sunday, July 13, 2025, the American Pioneer Train invites you to join us for a special summertime outing. All trains will depart from the Bellefonte Train Station and travel to Eagle Iron Works and Curtin Village (EIWCV).
Enjoy a relaxing ride aboard one of our historic railcars as you take in the beautiful countryside. It is a peaceful journey filled with fresh air, scenic views, and the timeless charm of railroad travel.
At Eagle Iron Works and Curtin Village, the experience continues. All passengers will receive complimentary ice cream and cookies to enjoy during their visit. Yard games will be available on site, offering fun for both kids and adults. Guests are also welcome to explore the historic iron furnace and the beautifully preserved ironmaster’s mansion.
