Why Become a Member of BHRS?

Becoming a member of the Bellefonte Historical Railroad Society means more than supporting a local nonprofit. It means becoming part of a living piece of history.

Your membership helps us:

  • Restore and Preserve – Support the restoration of historic railcars and locomotives, including rare equipment like our Budd RDCs.

  • Support Hands-On Projects – Provide tools and materials for our volunteer crews working on track, trains, and special events.

  • Offer Public Excursions – Help us run seasonal train rides and educational programs for all ages.

How to join:

There are two easy ways to become a member:

Fill out and submit our online membership form and pay securely by card.

2. Mail a Paper Copy
Download and print the PDF membership form, then mail it with your payment.
